Incorporated in June 2025, RCN Ideal Homes Pvt Ltd was founded with a singular mission — to contribute to the Real Estate & Construction sector by building strong, comfortable, and aspirational residential apartments for our clients and customers.
Drawing on the extensive NRI business experience of our leadership, we bring international standards of quality, transparency, and professionalism to every aspect of our operations — from construction to customer service.
Our flagship project, RCN Regal Palace in Thottakkattukara, Aluva, stands as a testament to our commitment: a luxurious 11-floor residential complex offering 2 BHK & 2 BHK + Study Room apartments with 10 premium amenities, in one of Kerala's most strategically connected locations.

Six decades across public service, international business, entrepreneurship, and community development.
RCN Ideal Homes is the vision and mission of Shri R. Chandrasekharan Nair (Shri R. C. Nair), whose distinguished journey spans more than six decades across public service, international business, entrepreneurship, and community development.
Patriotic
A native of Parambussery (Nedumbassery), Shri R. C. Nair began his career in 1962 with the Indian Defence Services in the Finance Department. His dedication and commitment earned him an Award of Excellence from the Indian Army.
Philanthropist
Drawing on his extensive industry experience, he later established Al Zomrah Autoparts Co. Ltd., an automobile spare parts trading company dealing in leading brands such as Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, and Mazda cars. Operating from Dubai and Sharjah, the company expanded its presence across the GCC and into more than 35 countries worldwide.
During this period, he travelled extensively and served as a member of the Export Promotion Council, Government of Sharjah, UAE.
Patron
Alongside his business achievements, Shri R. C. Nair remained deeply committed to community service. He played a significant role in the fundraising efforts for Cochin International Airport (CIAL) and helped organise the first fundraising committee meeting at the Indian Sports Club, Dubai, serving as its Joint Coordinator.
His active involvement in social and community development has been widely acknowledged, with various leading newspapers carrying articles on his life and contributions to society. He also chaired the Action Council for the Construction of Alungalkadavu Bridge, a landmark project that significantly improved connectivity for Parambussery and neighbouring villages.
His contributions to society have been recognised through numerous honours and awards for his leadership, community services, and professional excellence. Among these are the Excellence/Trusted Banking Partner Award and several recognitions from leading social and service organisations, reflecting his longstanding commitment to business, public services, and community development.
Passionate
After returning to Kerala, Shri R. C. Nair pursued his passion for construction through a number of successful ventures, including the RC Mall Commercial Complex at Kurumassery Junction, Aluva, and villa development projects.
His latest venture, RCN Ideal Homes, is shaped by the values that have guided him throughout his life—trust, responsibility, foresight, integrity, and a deep understanding of people's needs. Every aspect of the project reflects his commitment to quality construction, practical design, and comfortable living.
Shri R. C. Nair's vision is supported by his family, including his wife, Smt Chandrika Kumari, a former Auditor with the Government of India (CDA); his daughter, Dr Veena Chandrasekharan, Consultant Radiologist and Director of RCN Ideal Homes Pvt. Ltd., and her husband, Shri Muralidharan Kesavan, Director of a US multinational company; his elder son, Shri C. N. Jayachandran, an NRI businessman in Dubai, and his wife, Smt Varsha Jayachandran, who is also in business in Dubai; his younger son, Dr C. N. Vijesh, Consultant Oncologist, along with his wife, Dr Jyothi Vijesh, Consultant Dermatologist and Cosmetologist. He is also supported by his brother, Shri K. P. Gopalan Nair, an army veteran.
With decades of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Shri R. C. Nair continues to build more than homes; he is creating a legacy founded on trust, quality, thoughtful planning, and strong community values.
