Advance Payment
DD/Cheque or Bank Transfer towards booking advance, payable to RCN Ideal Homes Pvt Ltd.
Initial Commitment
10% of the allotment value to be paid within 20 days of the application date.
Further Installments
Subsequent installments are payable as per the agreed payment schedule upon allotment.
Residency Options
Open to Indian Residents, NRIs, and PIO/OCI card holders.
Joint Applications
Joint applications accepted for up to 2 applicants (Name 1 & Name 2).
